Leading Edge Cash affiliate program has announced about its name change. Starting from today, it will be called SellHealth.

In the email sent to affiliates LEC states,

…we feel that SellHealth.com better reflects our focus of bringing you top converting health offers in the anti-aging, skin care, and sexual health markets

SellHealth still offers the same tracking system, the same range of products and the same commission structure as LEC did. Moreover, they made this transition really painless for the current affiliates - all the links, banners and sites remain intact and continue working without any glitches and any need to replace the links or resources on the affiliates’ part - much better than in case of CashSyndycates’ recent closure. According to my stats, I have not even experienced any traffic drops during the transition. All the previous traffic and sales statistics also remain accessible through the new affiliate site.

It has just been announced that MagnaRXCash, an affiliate program that has been started less than 2 years ago, will be closed on March 31, 2009.

Affiliates wishing to keep promoting its products such as MagnaRX, Alpha Male Plus, and MagnaRX Transdermal can still do so through Leading Edge Cash.

I have contacted the affiliate manager to inquire about other products, e.g. Hoodia Control and Lava, and have been told that these products promotion will be discontinued. However, there are similar products available for promotion through LEC.

Leading Edge Cash has just introduced a new product for its affiliates to promote - 1 Button To Wifi.

This is a way to save greatly on long distance calls without the limitations of other VoIP phones you’ve probably heard about so far. The user registers on the product site, buys the device, it is shipped to him for free, then easily connected to an existing DSL Internat cable. After this, all they have to do is press one button on any phone they’d like to use to make their calls - and their phone connects to the device from anywhere they are at the moment and they can dial any number they wish. The difference in costs is enormous, the comfort is there and there are tons of additional features such as free calls between the network users and a lot more. The users are only charged for the actual calls they make.

1 Button To Wifi is a great new opportunity to make money with as an affiliate marketer, but  it is also a great tool for your affiliate business. I as an affiliate often need to contact the affiliate managers, business partners and so on - and doing it by phone is so much faster than by email or waiting till the person gets online in a messaging client. I will absolutely be getting me this device to save on my phone costs.
If you also wish to buy it go ahead and do so at the 1 Button To WiFi site, and if you wish to offer this great product to your site visitors and get paid for it register as an affiliate with LEC and get your links.

Recently I have posted about what I like and dislike about MarketHealth (former JoeBucks) and one of the negative points was the difficulty of choosing international non-English language offers. I have also mentioned that they were very responsive and expressed hope that gradually they would improve their interface and make their affiliates more comfortable.

Well, they lived up to my expectations! It was only a few days after my feedback was sent to them that Gary of MarketHealth has contacted me asking to provide my opinion on the new version of their offers page. Wow - that was impressive! So I had a look and provided my feedback again. While the new version was better in regards of choosing the offers in different language, I still thought it lacked the clarity and ease of navigation and told Gary about it. A few more days later, he wrote back to me and asked me to look again at the version they tweaked based on my feedback. Lo and behold - this new one is perfect! Thanks MarketHealth for listening to your affiliates. Now we can clearly see that you have affiliate offers in:

• English
• Chinese
• Dutch
• French
• German
• Italian
• Portuguese
• Spanish
• and Swedish

and they are all clearly sorted by product category! An international affiliate dream come true.

With the beginning of the new year 2008, JoeBucks has changed its name to MarketHealth. I’ve been an affiliate with them for a while though haven’t put much effort into marketing their offers but intend to spend more of my time on them.

That being said, I guess it makes sense to do a review of this program as I never have done it yet.

What I like about MarketHealth (and I believe other affiliates will like as well):

• a wide range of health and beauty related offers - over 50 at the time of this writing
• convenient payment methods - including money transfers to a debit card (Payoneer) you can register through them
• a wide range of marketing materials for all sites and offers
• some offers are available in different languages, such as Italian, French, German Chinese, Dutch and Spanish (those who know me know I’m into international affiliate markets with their lower competition levels)
• easy to make money even for people new to affiliate marketing - thanks to the HerbalBiz program
• free hosting for sites promoting MarketHealth offers
• the program is two-tier (of course!)
• for affiliates generating lots of sales special extra lucrative conditions apply
• affiliate managers are nice and their response time is very good
• according to the testimonials, the program is endorsed by many authority figures in Web marketing, such as Todd Friesen a.k.a. Oilman and Greg Boser.

What I do not like about MarketHealth:

• Finding offers in languages other than English is not as straightforward as I’d like it to be
• Stats are not as detailed as I’d like them to be - e.g. it’s not very easy to track your referrals - however, if you set up a campaign for each banner and site you use they will be tracked. I guess PPC people will like this setup tho.

Luckily, these guys are open to feedback and invite it even - when they were going to launch the new site they asked affiliates about their opinions about it. So given some time, hopefully they will improve these above issues as well.

So what better way to start the new year than add more affiliate offers to your affiliate sites and make more cash? If you are looking for affiliate programs in the beauty and health market you must give MarketHealth a try.

MoreNiche has just announced the launch of a new product for its affiliates to promote. It is WassOnline and it’s an online community for gamers where people can find reviews and tips and discuss different online gambling sites. Infact there’s much more that they offer for their members - from gambling news to poker tutorials to ratings of online poker rooms to even live poker tournaments. It’s not even about casinos only - they also have sections on bingo and sports betting so it pretty much caters to anyone. What does it mean to you as an affiliate? First of all, for those not very well familiar with terminology let’s do a bit of an explanation.

There are different schemes of affiliate commissions used in modern affiliate marketing. All the products MoreNiche had so far as well as most other programs I talk about on this blog are based on a pay per sale model: you drive traffic to the offer, people buy products and you get a percentage of each actual sale as your affiliate commission.

There is another model you might be familiar with if you ever did any AdSense - pay-per-click. In this case, you get paid for every click on the ads placed on your site. But because of that kind of traffic being less targeted, you hardly ever get paid more than a few cents a click really - that was the main reason for me to switch from AdSense to affiliate.

Pay per lead, on the other hand, is more efficient for the advertiser and likely more lucrative for the publisher / affiliate (you). You are getting paid for a lead which simply means a person you bring to the affiliateoffer has to leave their contact information, fill out a form, join a membership based site, etc. You don’t care if they end up buying anything from the merchant - all you should care about is whether the signup form on the merchant site is prominent enough and if people can get an idea why registering should be beneficial for them. And if I understand anything about sites and their conversion rates, WassOnline is designed specifically to make people want to join.

Of course, pay per lead model does not offer payouts as high as pay per sale - but provided high volumes of traffic it all adds up very fast. MoreNiche offers $2 per lead on Wass Online so jump on this offer while it’s still hot.

GenBucks has just announced a new product launch. This new product is called SIZEOMAX and it is a new penis enlargement solution.  GenBucks already offers a number of male enhancement  products  which have gained popularity among customers.

To be honest GenBucks’ overall setup is worse than  that of similar affiliate programs - they have less resources for advertising, their internal interface for affiliates is more difficult to navigate (or maybe I’m just not used to it yet), the news are only available in the affiliate control panel (I have emailed the affiliate manager to ask whether it’s just something in my settings or the option of getting news as a newsletter by email is simply not available) - but with the weekly payouts and convenient payment methods, why not give them a try.

Besides the English version of Sizeomax, German and Spanish versions are also available which makes it a nice opportunity for those affiliates who want to work with the international markets.
